This is the new capital of the Orb nation. New Heliopolis was constructed several years after the war between the coordinators and the naturals came to an end. This new city was opened on the anniversary of the day when the space colony was destroyed and in memory of the poor civilians who were unable to return to earth.

Orb is a neutral nation that hates participating in anything to do with war. They have survived for over two hundred years by following their three ideas, “Orb will not attack another nation, will not allow another nation to attack them and will not intervene in the conflicts of other nations.”
