This is a Eurasion military base. Though they had once been famous for having an almost impenetrable barrier called the “Umbrella of Artemes”, they no longer hold pride in the fact the one of the famous soldiers of the Archangel had proven them wrong and enemies could indeed harm the base. Over time however, this base had become abandoned.
